How do I select to have my order delivered to a Doddle shop?
When you place an online order with Hawes & Curtis you can choose to get it delivered to your most convenient Doddle shop, as long as the order is under £250. When placing your order you will be shown the Doddle delivery option at the checkout. Simply select your preferred store and pay for your items as usual.
How do I collect my parcel?
When your parcel arrives at the Doddle store of your choice, you will receive an email and a text message (optional) from Doddle. Your parcel will be held at the Doddle store for five working days before being returned to Hawes & Curtis.
You must bring your collection code or barcode (in the email or text sent by Doddle) and your proof of identity.
What ID is accepted?
- Passport or driving licence
- Current debit/ credit card or bank statement
- Current utility bill or mobile phone bill
- Current building society passbook
- National Insurance card or NHS card
Can someone collect my order on my behalf?
It is possible for someone to collect your parcel on your behalf, but they must have your proof of ID and your collection code.
How do I return my parcel?
Each order will contain a free returns sticker allowing you to return your order to Hawes & Curtis without incurring a postage fee. Please obtain the proof of postage.
